Secondary rhinoplasty using costal cartilage. The patient had previously undergone septal surgery, during which most of the quadrangular cartilage of the septum was removed. We harvested costal cartilage to reconstruct the missing part of the septum.

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty performed, correcting loose skin around the eyes
An aesthetic restoration of the upper eyelids was carried out, removing the excess, drooping skin fold and the fatty hernias. The on-table result shows fine, almost invisible sutures hidden in the natural crease of the eyelid, giving a fresher, younger and more open gaze.
