The patient came with a hump on the nasal dorsum and a low nasal tip, which disturbed the overall symmetry of the face. A comprehensive operation was performed to refine the details and harmonise the profile. Excess bone and cartilage tissue was resected, and the tip of the nose was raised and fixed, giving a natural, slightly acute angle. A smooth transition to the lip was achieved while preserving the natural expressiveness of the face.

The patient came with a pronounced bony hump, a large nose and a deviation, which visually weighed down the profile. During the operation the pronounced hump was removed (resection), the line of the nasal dorsum was straightened and the overall projection reduced. As the patient was male, the dorsal line was left as straight and strong as possible, avoiding feminine curves, and the nasolabial angle was kept within the aesthetic norms typical for men.

The patient came with weakness of the anterior abdominal wall and localised fat deposits that affected the overall proportions of the body and did not respond to sport or diet. During the combined procedure, excess fatty tissue was removed and the loose skin tightened, restoring the strength and natural tone of the abdominal wall. The operation produced a flat, slim profile and emphasised the natural curve of the waist, giving the body lightness, symmetry and aesthetic harmony.

Aesthetic modelling of the buttocks and hips performed, restoring roundness and symmetrical contours
The patient came with a lack of volume in the buttock area (asymmetry), hollows on the sides (hip dips) and loose skin. Through lipomodelling, the patient’s own fatty tissue taken from other areas of the body was processed and injected into the target zones. The procedure filled in the lateral transitions, lifted the profile of the buttocks and gave a natural, rounded and proportionate appearance. The smooth transition between waist and hips was visually emphasised, creating a slimmer and more harmonious shape.
